Kent Lee has been playing the piano since he could walk. He would like to thank Charleston Music Competition for giving people a space to showcase their music during this time. The Chopin piece was chosen because it reminds him of his summer travels to Europe before COVID. He is self-taught with some guidance from his mother who also plays the piano. He also plays the saxophone, ukulele and melodica. He enjoys classical music, jazz, and pop music, and especially the art of blending music for his own mixes and arrangements. His other interests include astronomy, ultimate frisbee, tennis, and traveling. His favorite subjects at school include Latin, Science and Technology. He wishes to travel to the moon someday!
