I have always loved music and singing since I was a toddler. I started playing piano when I was 5 and guitar when I was 10. I always loved singing on my own, but my piano teacher (also a voice teacher) encouraged me to try taking voice lessons in the 8th grade, and I quickly fell in love with singing all different kinds of genres. I recently joined the Chadwick high school choir and was able to participate in the CAIS honor music festival and the
National youth chorale festival in Carnegie Hall. I also started a community service group, Nspire, with three other students. We use our passion for music to try to bring a little joy to the seniors in our community. I am also exploring creating music and am taking a music composition class at school. I look forward to continuing to grow as a singer and use my voice to touch others in small ways.
