Rachel Hyerin Lee

Rachel Hyerin Lee is currently attending the University of Georgia as a fourth-year undergraduate flute performance student. She has been playing flute for ten years and is under the instruction of Professor Angela Jones-Reus. Always looking to expand her knowledge and experiences, Rachel enjoys participating in the competitive field; this year, she performed as a finalist in the Florida Flute Association Young Artist Competition and won third prize in the 2021 American Music Talent Competition. Rachel has performed in masterclasses with Brandon Patrick George of the Imani Winds and Rhonda Larson during the 2021 Montana Flute Association Flute Festival. She also has experience performing in a variety of small ensembles, including the 2022 Bayview Summer Festival Wind Institute.
