My name is Samarah Meishan Muquit. I am 12 years old and I live in Massachusetts, USA. I was born in Japan and I have started learning piano at the age of five with my piano teacher Ms. Takayo Mezaki. I have been participating in the International Piano Competitions since 2020 and was awarded in the European International Piano Competition, Charleston International Music Competition and the Special Venue Music Awards. I have performed in the prestigious Suntory Hall in Tokyo and in Carnegie Hall. Beside piano, I play the flute and sing in the chorus. In my leisure time I love reading books, making crafts, playing tennis and swimming. I am working on mastering piano and I would like to inspire people around the world with music.
