Tim Nichin is a Chicagoland musician who currently works as an educator in both music and mathematics. He received his Masters of Music in Percussion Performance and Literature from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he studied with renowned percussionists William Moersch and Ricardo Flores. Tim also received his Bachelor of Arts in Music and Mathematics from Lake Forest College.
