Xinyue (Cindy) Gong

Xinyue started playing piano when she was 5 years old, and by now, she has passed the Advanced Level Certificate of Merit for piano. Five years after starting piano, she picked up the violin at the age of 10 in 4th grade, and she actively participated in the school orchestras throughout elementary and middle school. As a current sophomore at Northwood High School, Xinyue is also playing for the highest level orchestra at my school, the Philharmonic Orchestra. Additionally, she has passed the Certificate of Merit up to level 8 and earned State Honors for all my attempts. In 2022, she also won 3rd place at Satori String Contest VN/J15 for violin.
