Yelisey Romanov

Yelisey Romanov is currently a senior at Pembroke Hill School in Kansas City, Missouri. His notable achievements include winning the Kansas MTA competitions in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022. Additionally, he received a special merit award at the Kansas City Piano Fall Festival for nine consecutive years. In 2021, he earned a silver medal at the Seattle International Bach Festival, followed by first prize at the Golden Classical Music Awards competition in 2022. He also secured a bronze award at the Singapore International Music Competition and second prize in the Clara Schumann Competition in 2022. Furthermore, Yelisey has participated in the Kansas City Young Chamber Musicians training program, as well as a collaborative project between Heartland Chamber Young Artists and Friends of Chamber Music.
