Zachary Geller of Katonah, New York has been studying cello since the age of 4. His early studies were with Biana Covic. He has been studying with Dorothy Lawson at Mannes Prep since the age of 7. He is an active performer in his community and he is a member of the Greater Westchester Youth Orchestra Association with performances in David Geffen Hall and Alice Tully Hall of Lincoln Center. He is currently the principal cellist of the Mannes Prep Philharmonic Orchestra. He has participated in music festivals including Interlochen Center for the Arts and Brevard Music Festival.
